WHAT IS A BUILDING SITE CONDUCTOR?
The building site Conductor (Building site Inspector) - physical
person in charged by the investor to check the materials and
products used in work quality and/or to check the correct
execution of the constructions.
Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction
works execution (by Methodological Norms, chap. VI, section
1, art. 800, 2nd paragraph) imposes the obligation to follow
through the building work execution by an authorized building
site inspector.
